Definitions Company: Refers to Fewbarsh. User: Any individual or entity accessing or using our website/services. Vendors/Partners: Businesses or individuals registered with Fewbarsh to offer products or services.
User Responsibilities Provide accurate personal information during registration. Do not misuse, copy, or resell services without permission. Respect the community guidelines and legal boundaries.
Vendor Responsibilities Vendors must ensure products/services listed are genuine, legal, and safe. Vendors must follow pricing, subscription, and payment rules set by Fewbarsh. Vendor KYC and verification are mandatory before going live.
Subscription & Fees Subscription fees are non-refundable once paid. Fewbarsh may add small convenience/service charges per product/service as declared. Users and vendors agree to the billing cycle chosen during registration.
Payments & Refund Policy Payments made via our payment partners (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) are secure. Refunds, if applicable, will be as per Fewbarsh refund policy. Any dispute must be raised within 7 working days of the transaction.
Event Registration & Tickets All event tickets purchased are non-transferable and non-refundable, unless specifically mentioned. Fewbarsh reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event due to unavoidable circumstances. In case of cancellation, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Privacy & Data Protection We value your privacy and protect your data as per our Privacy Policy. Your information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
9. Limitation of Liability Fewbarsh is not responsible for product/service quality directly offered by vendors. We act as an online service provider and facilitator between vendors and users. Any direct dispute between vendor and user must be resolved mutually.
Termination Fewbarsh reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of fraud, misuse, or policy violation. Pending dues, if any, must be cleared before account closure.
Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
