1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if:
    • The product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
    • The wrong product was delivered.
    • The product has missing parts or accessories.
  • Services once availed or digitally delivered are non-refundable unless there is a technical issue or service not delivered as promised.

2. Conditions for Returns

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
  • It should be returned in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and bills.
  • Certain products such as food, perishable goods, customized items, and personal care products are not eligible for returns due to hygiene and safety reasons.

3. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, the refund will be made via bank transfer or Fewbarsh Wallet credit.

4. Exchanges / Replacements

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, you may request a replacement for the same product (subject to availability).
  • If the replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them or before they are dispatched.
  • Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
