1. Eligibility for Returns
- Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product has missing parts or accessories.
- Services once availed or digitally delivered are non-refundable unless there is a technical issue or service not delivered as promised.
2. Conditions for Returns
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
- It should be returned in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and bills.
- Certain products such as food, perishable goods, customized items, and personal care products are not eligible for returns due to hygiene and safety reasons.
3. Refund Process
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
- For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, the refund will be made via bank transfer or Fewbarsh Wallet credit.
4. Exchanges / Replacements
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, you may request a replacement for the same product (subject to availability).
- If the replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them or before they are dispatched.
- Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
